Event Request Form

Please use the form below to request use of TBS for an event. We are happy to consider many kinds of event requests (private, organizational, for co-sponsorship, etc.), but cannot guarantee that our facilities will be available on the date you request. If your event is private, a fee will be associated with the reservation. If the event is to be co-sponsored by TBS, the expectation is that it will be open to the public.

Please submit requests no later than two weeks prior to the event, if possible (we understand that some events may need to occur more immediately). Please also email office@tremontstreetshul.org, officers@tremontstreetshul.org, and programs@tremontstreetshul.org so someone from our Board or staff can help with the planning process.

Tremont Street Shul Room Rental

Pricing includes: setup; use of synagogue tables + chairs; trash removal. Not included: Cost of paper goods; setup of rental equipment. Please check with the office about refrigeration space as refrigeration may need to be rented for larger or multiple events taking place over the same weekend.
 

Friday Evening and Shabbat day *No charge for kitchen if feeding shul members.*
